You're advocating that they 'get jiggy with' this... I disagree whole heartedly! I want the dream of getting a hummer while driving to remain alive and within the law! And what about smoking while driving? Don't tell me you've never dropped a hot one and had to hunt for it. Or worse, had an ash fly in your eye. Personally, I think we need to go about it from a different direction. I think the insurance companies should be allowed to NAIL anyone who gets into an accident and one of those items listed is on the police report as the cause. Raise their rates to sky high amounts. I don't want more laws to say what we can't do. EVERYONE is already currently a criminal on a daily basis because of laws about what we "can't" do. We teach our kids daily that breaking some laws (speed limits for example) both happens without consequence, and is regarded as OK. If we accidentally speed, should we redirect ourselves to the police station to admit our crime - or at least call it in?
